Booking & payment
How do I book a package?
Open the package you like and tap "Book via WhatsApp". Your selected package and number of passengers are sent to our team, who will confirm availability and share the next steps.
Do I need a credit card to enquire?
No. You can ask questions and request a quote without any payment. Our team will share the payment details once your booking is confirmed.
Are there special prices for children?
Some packages have child and infant pricing — for example our Batam & Bintan open trip. Check the "Important Information" section of each package or ask our team.
Can you customise a private trip for my group?
Yes. We arrange private tours, family trips and corporate travel. Tell us your destination, dates and group size and we will prepare a proposal.
Travel documents
How long must my passport be valid?
For international trips your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Do I need to fill in an arrival card?
Some countries require a digital arrival card before entry. Requirements change from time to time, so always check the official immigration website of your destination before departure.
Car rental & transfers
Do you provide drivers?
Yes. All of our transport services can be booked with an experienced, licensed driver.
Do you provide airport pickups?
Yes, we arrange airport pickups and drop-offs in Johor Bahru and Singapore.
Can I book a cross-border ride online?
Yes, through our WadahGo© app, or simply send us a WhatsApp message.
